We're for familes. And we believe babywearing is great because it benefits mom, dad and baby. How can we encourage and equip you and your family? That's the heart at Lalabu.
My husband absolutely loves this shirt. I bought it for him once we had trouble with the slings (so much material and too many youtube videos!) This shirt makes baby wearing so simple. He's gotten so many compliments on it from friends and even strangers, when we are out and about on a walk! The quality is great and very breathable. I would highly recommend, so that dads can be a part of baby wearing and bonding.
Dad and baby love this. It does run snug, but needs to support baby weight. Great gift for Dad
Finally an easy and stylish way to carry our little one around the house!
Your husband will love this! It is a bit small but I think it should be tight to keep our baby from moving around!
My husband loves his shirt and so does our little girl. It was a great to gift for Dad prior to the baby being born.
My son and his wife were overwhelmed with gifts, hand-me-downs, and all manner of baby gear when they were expecting their first child. I had to step up my Grandma Game and try to find gifts that they didn’t already have three of. This Dad Shirt satisfied that aspect, but most importantly, it’s something that they use constantly and love!
My granddaughter is barely a week old, so as you can imagine, the three of them are going through a huge adjustment period. My son just texted us this morning to thank us for the shirt again, along with a picture of babby snuggling and sleeping soundly in it. He said sometimes she kicks a little when he’s putting her into the pocket but once she’s inside, she conks out for at least an hour, usually two. As we parents know, having two hours (in a row!) of not having to attend to a fussy newborn is a luxury we took for granted, pre-kid.
My husband and I have been reminiscing... infant carriers were just becoming “a thing” when our kids were born. They were a great idea that was still evolving, though, and the first ones were awkward and complicated with straps and slings and buckles and belts. I’d get worn out just getting it onto my own self and adjusted correctly- never mind getting the baby inside! The idea of just plopping the infant into a pocket is the kind of simple genius that makes me wonder why it took so long for anyone to think of it. I certainly didn’t haha and am so grateful for LaLaBu’s idea and execution. The fabric is comfortable and sturdy and soft with just the right amount of elasticity- enough support for the baby’s weight without being constricting.
I can’t say enough good things about this shirt, so I’ll stop trying and end with this: in pictures, my son is constantly wearing this shirt with a plain tee underneath in order to keep it out of the laundry and on his body for as long as possible. I came back to this web site to order a second shirt for him, paused to write this review, and now it’s time to go and place that order!
