Lalabu products (not including final sale items) are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund up to 30 days following the purchase date.
If you opt-in to the Redo Free Return program, there is no charge for sending your item back. If you do not opt-in to the Redo Free Return program, you will be able to deduct the cost of a return label from your store credit, refund, or exchange credit amount.
Customers who choose a store credit or exchange will receive an additional $5 bonus to use on their next purchase.
Conditions to Return
To ensure that every product we send out is in top condition, returns must be in their original condition, still new and unwashed with all interior tags intact. Please wait to try on your items until after your baby is born. At that time you can confirm the fit before washing.
Final Sale
Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
International Returns Refund/Store Credit Only
Due to the complexity of international shipping and duties, we do not currently offer free exchanges outside of the United States, but we do allow international customers to ship items back for a refund or store credit.
