If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we offer one free size exchange, store credit (with a $5 bonus) or refund within 21 days of delivery with the purchase of Checkout Plus.
What You Need to Know
- One Free Size Exchange per order
- International Customers are eligible for one refund or store credit, but will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Store Credit includes a $5 bonus
- Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds
What are the conditions to return?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags/registration card attached

- Items with signs of wear will not be accepted
All returns are inspected when they are received at the Lalabu warehouse. If an item expected to be returned is missing from the package or if a returned item is considered to be invalid, your store credit/refund will be affected, or you will be sent an invoice for that item. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.
Exchanged orders are not eligible for an additional exchange or return.
Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card, automatically emailed to you as soon as the return label is scanned by the carrier.
