The Dad Shirt is meant to be fitted, like your favorite workout shirt — not your lounging tee. A loose shirt won't function properly.

The pouch extender helps taller babies stay secure — it's not meant to support a newborn's head and neck.

A layer of mesh inside the pouch supports skin-to-skin-like contact.
