For New and Once-Washed Soothe Shirts, please order according to the size chart measurements. Primarily order according to your bust measurements.

Pregnant: Please select according to your pre-pregnancy measurements on the size chart, primarily order according to your bust measurements and size up if you're between sizes.

Postpartum: Please select according to your current measurements on the size chart, primarily order according to your bust measurements, and size up if you're between sizes.

This is what we find works best for most moms. It is all about getting the right size for you as your body adjusts following pregnancy.

The Soothe Shirt fits like shape-wear in order to properly support your baby. If you find it difficult to get on or to get your baby into your pouch that doesn’t mean you have the wrong size. If pulling the shirt on over your head is not comfortable, try stepping into your Soothe Shirt as you would with shapewear.

Do not size up to get a bigger pouch.
