This is what we find works best for most moms. It is all about getting the right size for you as your body adjusts following pregnancy.
The Soothe Shirt fits like shape-wear in order to properly support your baby. If you find it difficult to get on or to get your baby into your pouch that doesn’t mean you have the wrong size. Try stepping into your Soothe Shirt instead of pulling it over your head.
Don’t size up to get a bigger pouch
Your baby's head should be above your breasts and high enough for you to kiss
If your Soothe Shirt is tight immediately after birth, we recommend waiting 3-4 weeks and trying it on again. Your entire body expanded in preparation for delivery and it will start shrinking back substantially even within the first month.

This shirt has been INCREDIBLE. I like carriers and enjoy using carriers with my baby, but in this season where they're so tiny, having a shirt to plop her into like a little kangaroo was so easy and enjoyable. 100% recommend across the board.

This is a great concept, but my daughter at 7.5 weeks old is 25 inches long and wears six months clothes and grew way too fast for me to enjoy this. it also hugs around my hips and I don’t like the fit. If she wasn’t growing so quickly I may have had time to exchange for a better size, but with a c section scar and lactating boobs It wasn’t comfortable trying it on even without the baby in it.

I am not it when it comes to baby wrapping but I have a 5 year old as well and this just makes it so much easier to literally do anything from going to the store, cooking, getting my other kid ready. Love it!
