The Carrier That’s Actually a Shirt.

No wraps. No buckles. No learning curve. Just a 3-second tuck-and-go for his first months of fatherhood.

3 Seconds to Hands-Free

Traditional carriers feel like a hiking expedition. The Dad Shirt is a tuck-and-go essential. If you can put on a t-shirt, you can babywear.

It’s Not a Tee. It’s Peace of Mind.

Behind the minimalist design is a high-performance support system that ensures your baby is safe while dad stays comfortable.

Pouch Extension & Retractable Flap: Not just a pocket. The integrated flap provides adjustable head support for napping newborns and extra shade for skin-to-skin bonding. It’s security you can customize.

Soothing Mesh Inlay: Newborn life is warm. Our breathable mesh panel is built directly into the pouch to maximize airflow, keeping both Dad and baby comfortable during long bonding sessions.

15 lb. Secure Capacity: Engineered for the "Fourth Trimester." The high-performance fabric panels are pull-tested to provide secure, hands-free support for babies from 7 to 15 lbs.

Hidden Back Support: The secret to all-day comfort. We’ve built an internal support structure that wraps around to the back, shifting the baby's weight from your arms to your core. No more "post-carry" back strain.

Fit Check

The Dad Shirt is designed to fit like your favorite athletic shirt—form-fitting for proper support and safe babywearing. The built-in mesh-lined pouch holds your newborn securely, while the extender helps taller babies stay snug (but doesn’t replace head support).

Testimonials

I don't normally write reviews when asked but this shirt really is great. It allows me to use my hands while still supporting the baby. I was worried about the support but with the built in straps the weight has plenty of support. The baby loves it also and falls asleep when cradled in the shirt. I will recommend it to anyone

This product is exactly what I was looking for. I can go hands free and it is our favorite method to put our kid down for naps. I put the shirt on and walk around hands free, she fits snug in the pouch and 10 mins later she’s out like clockwork. Highly recommend this product it’s advertised as is.

Superdad

I bought this for my husband who is a new dad. He struggled with feeling like he wouldn’t be able to calm down our son. Our son loves being snuggled up with dad in this shirt. It has given my husband confidence in himself, brought him closer to our son, and has allowed him to carry our son around with ease. This has been the best gift for him and he loves it!

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
How is the Dad Shirt supposed to fit?

The Dad Shirt should fit close to your body—like a performance workout shirt, not a loose tee. It needs to be snug to securely support your baby and function properly as a carrier. A loose fit won’t provide the support needed for safe babywearing.

What if I am between sizes?

Since the Dad Shirt runs a little small and is meant to be fitted, we would recommend sizing up if you're between sizes!

What's the weight limit of the Dad Shirt pouch?

The pouch is intended for newborns between 7 and 15 lbs. For most babies, that's at least for the first 3-4 months (some longer!) The shirt can also be worn without a baby, and no one will notice!

Can I walk around with both hands free?

The pouch does support much of your newborn's weight, however, we still recommend that you always keep one hand on the baby while they are in the pouch.

How do I wash the Dad Shirt?

Machine wash on cold with like colors. Line dry when possible. Low heat iron if needed.
