What is the return policy?
If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we offer one free size exchange, store credit (with a $5 bonus) or refund within 21 days of delivery with the purchase of Checkout Plus.

What is Checkout Plus?
For a nominal fee, Checkout Plus (also known as Redo) covers the cost of return shipping in the event you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size. If you opt for store credit or a refund, Checkout Plus covers the cost of shipping the item back to Lalabu. Checkout Plus also offers protection against items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
In the event you need to make an exchange or return and did not purchase Checkout Plus, you will be able to deduct the cost of a return label from your store credit, refund, or exchange credit amount.
What are the conditions to return?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags/registration card attached
- One return or exchange per order*
- Items with signs of wear will not be accepted
All returns are inspected when they are received at the Lalabu warehouse. If an item expected to be returned is missing from the package or if a returned item is considered to be invalid, your store credit/refund will be affected, or you will be sent an invoice for that item. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.
Exchanged orders are not eligible for an additional exchange or return.
Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card, automatically emailed to you as soon as the return label is scanned by the carrier.
How much is shipping?
If you wish to return your item(s) for store credit, please take them to your local post office and mail to: Lalabu LLC, 909 NE 7th St Unit 1, Redmond Oregon 97756, United States. Please note the item must be postmarked within the 21 day return window and meet all return criteria in order to receive store credit.
We MUST receive your valid tracking number in order to process store credit. Without a tracking number your return will not be processed. Lalabu is not responsible if a package does not make it to our warehouse. Once the returned order is processed at our warehouse, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card. There will be no additional fees to process your return. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Order Cancellation or Changes
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible so we are unable to cancel or update an order once it has been placed. Be sure to check your shipping address and the details of all items in your order to be sure everything is accurate before checking out.
Warranty
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (hole in seam, damaged fabric, etc.), please take photos of the item - including the manufacturing tag - and submit it to customer service at care@lalabu.com. We DO NOT consider wear & tear or washing issues defective. We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage. Warranty issues are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Gifts
If you are interested in purchasing a Lalabu product as a gift, we suggest grabbing a gift card to ensure the recipient is able to order their correct size and still have time to make an exchange, if necessary.
