The Lalabu Dad Shirt is the first babywearing shirt designed exclusively for dads. Our Dad Shirt allows you to transition into babywearing with ease. No complicated wrapping or buckling here, just tuck your sweet baby into the front pouch and give yourself incredible, hands-free support. Dads can enjoy their newborns and take their baby on adventures right from the start.

The pouch safely holds your newborn up to 15lbs, the first 3 to 5 months. Our Kerier is ideal for babies from 4 months up to 2 years of age.

Place your baby upright, tummy to tummy in the front pocket of your Dad Shirt. Ensure they are within kissing distance and that their legs are bent frog-style under their bottom. If needed, pull the pouch extender panel around your baby’s shoulders.

Once inside the Dad Shirt, your baby will be calmed by their dad’s heartbeat, body rhythms and scent. Tucked safely up against their dad’s chest, most will drift to sleep or be content to observe the world around them. (It’s a sight that will melt your heart!)

For Dad Shirts, please order the same size as your “normal shirt” size. Expect it to fit like a tailored shirt.

Skeptic to raving fan!

My husband looked at this shirt when it arrived and he said Ummmm what am I supposed to do with this? After wearing it one time by my asking, he suddenly was like a brand ambassador! Even in stores like Best Buy and Gamestop, other guys came up to him asking where he got his shirt from! This was seriously one of the coolest products he could have had for our new baby.

Lalabu ~ pup loves her pouch!

My husband and I bought the Lalabu Dad shirt to carry our 13-pound poodle. We both use it and absolutely love it! The shirt is made of high quality material and is very comfortable. It supports our pup well and keeps her safe. She feels secure and relaxes in the pouch. She is alert and standing in the photo, but she will also sit and fall asleep, snuggling down into the comfy pouch. Thanks for the great product!

The best baby carrier

I first used my shirt to carry my 4-day old baby to a wedding while my wife slowly walked and sat down the aisle as the Matron of Honor and my daughter slept the whole time in my lalabu shirt. It is quality made and works amazingly well. Everyone was so surprised to see a little baby in my shirt and loved it. Especially the typical stereotype of mom having to always carry/hold the baby, and here dad is showing off his newborn daughter in a specially designed kangaroo pouch like shirt. I love it and would recommend this to any father out there that wants to be close with his new baby.
