The Simple Wrap is designed for babies from 4 months to 2 years of age, from 13 to 28lbs.

Threading Straps For Back Carry

3 to 6 months label should be facing you. Create vertical straps like on a backpack. Thread each strap through both rings directly below it from the inside to the outside.
Loop the strap back over the outside ring and under and through the inside ring. Do this on each side.

Back Carry

Put on the waist belt with the label touching your back and clip the buckle on your front. You should clip the belt at your natural waist.
Tighten the straps over your own shoulders, then lower them. Leaning forward at the waist, place and balance your baby on your back with their stomach on your back.

Keep one arm on your baby while threading your other arm through the first strap. Switch hands and thread your other arm through the second strap. During this process keep baby’s bottom centered in the pouch with one leg on either side of the pouch.
Check your baby’s positioning and adjust the wrap. The pouch will cover their shoulders. Grab their feet and push them up gently. This helps their legs and hips get into the M position.
Tighten the straps by pulling the tails forward until the wrap is comfortable and snug. Spread the straps across your shoulders or leave them narrow depending on your preference.

To Remove: Loosen the straps at the rings. You can do this by pushing the two rings forward with one hand while pulling some fabric out with the other. Then reverse the steps of how you put your baby on. Balance and support your baby while you take your arms out of the straps. Once your baby is out of the wrap, release the buckle and stow for next time.
